The Service allows you to browse our catalogue, select Products, and purchase them. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products, but variations in colour and appearance may occur.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, ClearPay, GPay and Link. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable sales tax but not shipping fees, which will be added to your order total. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and shipping charges. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not successfully processed.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated timeframe provided. However, shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

9. Returns and Refunds

Generally, as our Products are pre-designed, we will accept returns and offer refunds in accordance with our stated Returns and Refunds Policy, particularly in cases of defective Products or errors on our part.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DAILY GRIND DESIGNS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUALITY OF PRODUCTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE COLORS AND APPEARANCES OF PRODUCTS DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICE WILL BE EXACTLY AS THEY APPEAR IN REALITY.  

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DAILY GRIND DESIGNS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR THE PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICE, OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DAILY GRIND DESIGNS LTD FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS IN QUESTION.  

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daily Grind Designs Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, your purchase or use of Products, or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, in connection with your use of the Service.  

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service or your account at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, including if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any outstanding orders may be cancelled.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or the Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Daily Grind Designs Ltd regarding your use of the Service and the purchase of Products and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.  

17. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
