Returns & Refunds – When Things Aren’t Quite Right
At Daily Grind Designs, we aim for you to be satisfied with your uniquely created apparel. As each item is produced to order, we typically cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, colour selection, or a change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Addressing Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
However, we understand that occasionally, errors can occur during production or transit. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we are here to help.
If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps within 30 days of delivery:
- Contact our support team promptly.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or manufacturing error. This will help us assess the situation efficiently.
- There is no need to return the damaged item.
Our Resolution:
Upon review of your claim and the provided evidence, we will take the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Reprint: We will arrange for a free reprint of the correct item to be shipped to you.
- Refund: If a reprint is not feasible or preferred, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (or payment source, depending on your currency).
Important Considerations:
- Order Accuracy: Please ensure you have selected the correct size and colour before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns for these reasons.
- Multiple Item Issues: For issues affecting multiple items with the same design flaw, a photograph or video showing all affected items together will be required.
- Print Placement Tolerance: For our direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, a slight variation in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) is considered within acceptable tolerances and not a defect.
- Delivery Issues: In the event of a delivery failure, we can discuss options for a reshipment (which may incur an additional charge) or a partial refund.
